Volume 4: Pop City Eyeshadow Palette

Pop City was inspired by all of our favorite pop culture references and the era of 80s/90s arcades and neon lights! 

This palette is a 12-pan palette with mattes, shimmers, and a NEW TYPE of shimmer that is more shinier and super sparkly!! 

We also switched up our eyeshadow formula for more pigmented and bright shadows!
